About me and my experience
I have 20 years childcare experience within the local area and have been managing a nursery for the last 15 years. It has always been my dream to one day own my own nursery and I have finally taken that leap.
I decided when leaving school that I wanted my career to be in childcare so secured an apprenticeship to gain my level 2 qualification. After completing my apprenticeship I continued to study for my level 3 qualification. I was quickly promoted to room leader, deputy and started managing a local Aylesbury nursery where I have worked for the last 15 years.
During this time I have cared for may families and seen lots of children grow, many now in their teenage years.
Why I chose the name?
Buds that Blossom symbolises the journey a child takes when coming to nursey, starting off as a small bud and blossoming into a beautiful tree.
What I aim to achieve
I appreciate that choosing a nursery is a very important step and I aim to make that experience as easy as possible by providing a warm and welcoming environment to help everyone settle in. I will be offering a variety of sessions as I appreciate that each family have individual childcare needs.
The children’s experience of nursery should be fun and stimulating, to enable them to be confident individuals how have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
I have a well established staff team with a wealth of experience and qualification, who are passionate about childcare.
Good quality food is extremely important to me so I have devised a menu that will be freshly prepared daily, that is varied and lets children explore a variety of tastes and textures.
Having managed a nursery for the last 15 years I have established my core values and understand what works and what doesn’t and being an independent nursey I have the freedom to ensure that all the good bits are achieved.
Come and have a look and meet the team, we would love to meet you.
