The Buds is a large open and airy space that is wonderfully calm and relaxing, with space to crawl, explore and investigate new sights and sounds to stimulate the senses and provides them with a cosy environment where they can play, rest, sleep, eat and be creative with lots of messy activities, songs, stories and rhymes to encourage communication.
Our Buds room is the perfect place to begin their nursery journey.
Children’s curiosity is at an all-time high as they happily explore and investigate the world around them. Preparing them for school is serious stuff and at Buds that Blossom we believe it is important that learning should be fun so they gain the confidence to move to the next stage in their learning.
So, with carefully planned and structured activities that promote reading, writing, maths and science children are learning as they play and interact with others.
We have two elements to our garden an artificially grassed area that is perfect for the younger Buds as they have direct access from their room allowing them to freely access the outside space. The Blossoms have access to the larger grassed space.
We are open from 7:30-6.00pm Monday to Friday, we are open throughout the year only closing between Christmas and new year and bank holiday.
We offer a variety of sessions all year round and term time to meet your childcare needs. Please contact the nursery manage for more details.
I cannot recommend this nursery enough. The collaborative aspect between parent and carer is brilliant and I always feel like I can ask questions and adapt things to what is required based on the child. My son is flourishing at this nursery and has all the opportunities he needs to prepare him for school too.
The Manager and the Team at Buds that Blossom are always so friendly and welcoming and my daughter really enjoys her time there. It’s good to know that there is a lot of space both indoors and outdoors that she can enjoy playing in all year round. The team at Buds always keep us well informed with what our daughter has been up to, any developments in her learning and the activities planned. It’s also reassuring to know that the food is freshly prepared on the day and we have a weekly menu provided. All in all, we are very happy with Buds and would not hesitate to recommend their excellent nursery.
Highly recommend Buds that Blossom in Wendover. All of the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They are passionate about providing a safe and happy environment for the children in their care. Our children enjoy attending the nursery and as parents we feel comfortable leaving them for the day, knowing that they’ll be happy and well looked after.
Buds that Blossom has provided excellent care for our daughter for three years now. She enjoys the creative and educational activities that the nursery offers, and seems very happy there. The staff are friendly and caring, and she loves the food.
When looking for a nursery, I wanted to find somewhere that I felt genuinely cared for my daughter's happiness and development and I have definitely found that in Buds that Blossom!
The staff are all wonderful and my daughter was really fond of her key worker after only a couple of sessions. She only attends twice a week but seems to come home all the time with new words and skills that I haven't taught her, which is so brilliant to see!
I love the emphasis on outdoor play and crafts at the nursery as well as the varied and delicious sounding seasonal menu! I would definitely recommend.
My son has been with Buds, for a little while now and they are incredible with him! He always looks forward to nursery and we are lucky that there are never tears, as they are all so great with him.
We can't imagine him going anywhere else, as he'd be devastated! They regularly update the apps, so we know what he's up to, which is great and he always loves the food there and never goes hungry! I can't recommend them enough!
My 18-month-old son started Buds that Blossom back in March 2020 and he has honestly loved every day! When I first looked around the nursery, I was so impressed with the setting itself - the resources and environment are wonderful - but I also loved the manager and her team. They were knowledgeable and engaging; they clearly love what they do!
My son loves his key worker and I know that when I leave him in the morning he will spend his entire day happy. He is stimulated with a variety of activities which have been well planned, and a focus on outdoor learning enhances this. The use of an online learning journal also allows me the opportunity to see what my son has been doing in the day. It is a wonderful tool to see all of his exploring and learning in action! I could not recommend this nursery highly enough!
Our little boy started Buds in May and we were a little apprehensive at first, having moved him from a smaller childminder setting. Any initial concerns we had were soon in the past as we could not have been more reassured and happier with our decision. The staff are all wonderful- all taking a personal interest in looking after our son and updating us about his progress. Activities and games are changed through out the day and we see photos of him doing a whole variety of enriching activities. Observations are completed weekly without fail and staff are always happy to discuss any queries that we have. Our little boy cannot get into the building quick enough of a morning and we cannot thank the kind, hard working staff enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Buds that Blossom to any parent for their child.
